One hour group open water sessions. Mixed ability. Wetsuits or skins. NB this is a training session, not simply and accompanied open water swim. Train in a like minded group of swimmers/triathletes to improve your swimming and prepare for an event. Learn open water specific swim techniques which will give you the edge. Gain confidence swimming in a group in open water.
